Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Customer Specialist in Manila to provide personalized support to customers, focusing on billing and subscription questions while building strong relationships and contributing to service improvement strategies.

You will work with internal teams to ensure seamless experiences, handle complex interactions, assist with promotions and refunds, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge to deliver informed support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of Customer Support experience including billing, payments, or subscription support.
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing such as refunds, cancellations, plan changes, failed payments, and disputes.
• Familiarity with payment platforms and app-store purchases.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Billing and subscription support across customer inquiries and issues.
• Product and account troubleshooting across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Quality, escalation, and documentation via email, live chat, and phone calls using CRM tools.
• Team contribution and leadership, including acting as Subject-Matter Expert in Customer Support for billing and subscriptions.
