Boldr in the Philippines is seeking a Customer Specialist to provide personalized, non-voice support focused on billing and subscriptions for our US-based client.

You will resolve complex billing issues, assist with plan changes, refunds and credits, and collaborate with product and account teams to improve the customer experience. Strong written communication and CRM skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Customer Support including billing or subscriptions.
• Experience with subscription billing: refunds, cancellations, plan changes.
• Familiar with payment platforms and app-store purchases.
• Proficient in CRM software and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Handle billing and subscription issues end-to-end, including renewals and refunds.
• Troubleshoot product and account access across web, mobile and desktop.
• Provide empathetic email support via CRM tools and document solutions.
• Escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams and document outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams as a Subject-Matter Expert in billing.
