Boldr is seeking a Customer Specialist in Manila to deliver personalized billing and subscription support for individual customers. You will resolve inquiries, maintain strong relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to drive service improvements.

You will handle product and account questions, assist with plan changes, payment issues, and credits, becoming a subject-matter expert while contributing to ongoing process enhancements.

Formación

• 3+ years of Customer Support experience, including billing and subscriptions.
• Hands-on experience with subscription billing (refunds, cancellations, plan changes).
• Familiarity with payment platforms and app-store purchases.
• Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and customer service platforms.
• Advanced Google Drive/Sheets/Docs and MS Office knowledge.
• Available to work US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-level billing and subscription support to customers.
• Troubleshoot product and account access issues across web/mobile.
• Document interactions and contribute to knowledge content.
• Escalate sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
