Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer support with billing/subscription experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication across channels.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and support platforms.

Responsibilities

• Billing and subscription support end-to-end, including plan changes, cancellations, renewals and refunds.
• Product and account troubleshooting across web, mobile, and desktop.
• Quality, escalation, and documentation via email, live chat and phone.
• Team contribution and leadership as needed, and SME for billing.
