Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative in Manila is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning operations across facilities. You will manage a team, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards, and collaborate with maintenance and front desk to deliver outstanding hospitality.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality, strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to training staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in housekeeping supervision in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards and laundry management.
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure performance.
• Inspect guest rooms and areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of room status and staff performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front office for seamless operations.
• Enforce health, safety and environmental standards.
• Monitor staff punctuality and uniform standards.
• Conduct orientation and training for new staff.
• Prepare reports on operations and KPIs.
