Grand Hyatt Manila is seeking a Custodian to support the Housekeeping department. You will assist the Housekeeping Manager in day-to-day operations, handle guest requests, monitor room status, and help maintain records and inventory with attention to safety and service quality.

The ideal candidate holds a hospitality-related diploma or degree, demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication, and is proficient with housekeeping software such as Opera Cloud and Amadeus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality/tourism management or equivalent.
• Possess good customer relations and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist in day-to-day operations of housekeeping.
• Manage guest requests and room status updates.
• Maintain accurate records and inventory.
