KMC Solutions is seeking a creative Curriculum Developer to design and continuously refine engaging learning experiences. You will transform technical subject matter into structured courses, interactive assets, and clear assessments, working with SMEs and cross-functional teams.

You will author online courses using tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia, and ensure SCORM/xAPI packaging for LMS integration and accessibility compliance.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Technical Writing, or related field
• 3+ years of curriculum development or instructional design experience
• High proficiency with course authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong formatting and tone

Responsibilities

• Design and build engaging, multi-modal learning experiences; develop objectives, lesson plans, and course maps
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and cross‑functional teams to translate complex topics into clear content
• Author online courses and publish SCORM/xAPI content for LMS use
• Develop assessments, rubrics, and performance measures; analyze feedback to guide updates
