Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, solid instructional design knowledge, and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.

Responsibilities include designing courses, storyboarding, collaborating with SMEs, and producing multimedia assets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and materials.
• Create storyboards and visual concepts for modules and videos.
• Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other assets.
• Apply ADDIE and adult learning principles.
• Review content based on feedback and metrics.
• Ensure materials meet quality standards and align with goals.
