Job summary

Curio is seeking an experienced e-Learning Developer to join its team in Southeast Asia on contract opportunities. You will build and maintain online courses inside LMSs, translating design briefs into accessible digital learning experiences.

You will work with Learning Designers and Technologists to ensure high-quality course builds, from content migration to QA, with emphasis on WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in eLearning development or related field with 2–3 years of LMS experience.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major LMS: Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, or Brightspace.
• Proficiency with Rise 360 or Articulate Storyline.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and light customization.
• Strong WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility understanding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent builds.

Responsibilities

• Build courses in LMS platforms and authoring tools, ensuring accessible, consistent course builds.
• Migrate content from Word, PDF, PowerPoint into LMS.
• Implement interactive elements per style guides and client frameworks.
• Administer LMS functions including course creation, assessments, and revisions.
• Perform accessibility QA to WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Collaborate with Learning Designers and LMS administrators.
