KMC Solutions is seeking a results-driven Curriculum Developer to design, build, and refine engaging learning experiences for employees. You will translate complex topics into structured courses, interactive assets, and clear assessments.

You will collaborate with SMEs, instructors, and cross-functional teams, author e-learning modules using Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, and ensure LMS delivery meets accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or training content creation.
• Proficiency with course authoring software (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to create learning objectives, lesson plans, and course maps.
• Develop diverse educational assets: workbooks, instructor decks, quick-reference guides, and activity outlines.
• Script and storyboard multimedia content: e-learning modules, video tutorials, audio, and interactive exercises.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex subject matter and learner comprehension—transforming technical or domain-specific knowledge into structured courses, interactive materials, and clear assessment frameworks.

You will collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and cross-functional teams to create multi-modal learning pathways tailored for employees.

The main responsibilities of a CURRICULUM DEVELOPER include:

• Apply evidence-based instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy) to construct comprehensive learning objectives, lesson plans, and courss maps.
• Develop diverse educational assets, including participant workbooks, instructor presentation decks, quick-reference guides, and hands-on activity outlines.
• Script and storyboard multimedia content, including e-learning modules, video tutorials, audio clips, and interactive exercises.

Cross-Functional SME Collaboration

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), product leads, and technical teams to
• extract knowledge and translate complex topics into clear, accessible content.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align learning objectives with strategic organizational goals.
• Maintain content accuracy and timeliness by regularly auditing existing courses against updated industry standards or product releases.

E-Learning & LMS Integration

• Author interactive online courses using tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise),
• Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Package, test, and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses into the Learning
• Management System (LMS).
• Ensure all learning materials comply with accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, Section 508) and instructional design best practices.

Assessment & Performance Evaluation

• Design formative and summative assessment tools, including knowledge checks,
• practical projects, rubrics, and certification exams.
• Analyze learner feedback, completion rates, and assessment data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive iterative content updates.

Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
• Education, Technical Writing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or training content creation.
• Instructional Tools: High proficiency with course authoring software (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and modern LMS platforms.
• Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an eye for structural clarity, formatting, and tone consistency.
• Synthesis & Simplification: Mastery in digesting dense, technical information and turning it into simple, actionable learning steps.
• Adaptability: Ability to pivot quickly when priorities, software features, or organizational strategy shifts.
• Analytical Thinking: Passion for using learner feedback and completion metrics to optimize content performance.

It will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:

• Master’s degree in Education, Learning Sciences, or Instructional Systems.
• Graphic design or visual design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma).
• Familiarity with agile project management practices for rapid content iteration.
