Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking a Culture & Engagement Manager to design and execute strategies that strengthen culture, employee engagement, and the overall employee experience across the organization.

You will partner with senior HR leaders to translate business priorities into people initiatives, lead listening programs, and drive measurable improvements in retention, performance, and engagement.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience with emphasis on engagement, culture, employee experience, or organizational development.
• At least 2–3 years of people management or leadership experience.
• Proven experience developing organization-wide culture and engagement strategies.
• Strong experience with employee listening, surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong project and change management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Business acumen and ability to tie people strategies to outcomes.
• Experience in large-scale, multi-site, retail/food/service or fast-paced org is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organization's culture and employee engagement strategy aligned with objectives and values.
• Design and implement engagement programs to improve connection, morale, recognition, and retention.
• Lead employee listening strategies including surveys, pulse checks, focus groups, and feedback.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; translate insights into actions.
• Partner with leaders and HR to execute engagement action plans.
• Oversee culture, recognition, wellness, and employee experience initiatives.
• Embed values across the employee lifecycle and drive change initiatives.
• Establish and monitor engagement metrics, dashboards, and success measures.
• Provide leadership with insights and recommendations based on data and trends.
• Lead the Culture & Engagement team with clear priorities and accountability.
• Manage external partners, budgets, and resources for engagement programs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, HR Ops, Internal Communications, and other HR functions.
• Benchmark external practices to strengthen the employee value proposition.
