Job summary

Shakey's Philippines (Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc.) is seeking an Employee Relations Officer to implement and improve employee and labor relations strategies. You will promote a positive work environment, oversee wellness activities, enforce the Employee Code of Conduct, and support CBA-related matters.

The role requires a graduate in Business Law, Psychology, or related field with at least 3 years in a similar position and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Law, Psychology, or any Business Course.
• At least 3 years experience in a similar field/capacity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee employee wellness initiatives and activities.
• Coordinate with employee representatives to gather feedback and form a working committee.
• Lead event planning: theme, program, venue, food, transportation and logistics; solicit feedback for future activities.
• Enforce the Employee Code of Conduct via store visits and consultations; provide guidance on disciplinary procedures and sanctions.
• Assist in labor relations, review proposals related to CBA, and participate in union meetings as needed.
• Represent the company in relevant proceedings with lawyers and monitor CBA implementation.
