Job summary

WTW is seeking a capable leader to provide operational oversight for colleagues in the Client Technology Delivery team in Manila. You will partner with CTD leadership to surface risks, support execution of actions, and enable effective delivery, talent outcomes, and engagement.

You will work with Manila leadership to align with financial targets, client delivery, and staff management while serving as the primary escalation point for local CTD operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on software development experience with Visual Studio and MS SQL Server.
• Proven ability to diagnose technical issues and drive delivery improvements.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication to influence across levels.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and leading AI adoption.
• Willingness to cover night shift for US-based stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for CTD team in Manila.
• Act as trusted advisor, surface risks, and enable delivery and engagement.
• Escalation point for Manila CTD operations, coordinate with stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor managers; support hiring, onboarding, and succession planning.
• Drive continuous improvement, optimize utilization, and manage client delivery.
