• 4–8+ years in project/delivery/program management.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing timelines, risks, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day delivery execution across assigned accounts, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and quality delivery.
• Lead delivery planning, prioritization, milestones, and capacity in partnership with internal teams to meet client objectives.
• Maintain delivery hygiene with clear timelines, dependencies, workflows, and documented communications.
• Monitor progress via dashboards and reports; identify and mitigate risks to protect client satisfaction and health scores.
• Own delivery health signals (utilization, SLA adherence, rework) and provide timely inputs to Client Health Score.
• Lead internal delivery coordination to clarify ownership and reduce friction across functions.
• Partner with CPs and CSMs to ensure delivery supports value realization and expansion readiness.
• Facilitate internal stand-ups and client check-ins; ensure actions and dependencies are tracked.
• Coordinate onboarding of new projects and team members, including tooling setup and expectations.
• Support quality by reinforcing QA standards and reducing rework; share knowledge across teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and workflows.
