Job summary

UL Solutions in Manila seeks a senior technology leader to act as a visible site leader, translating enterprise strategy into local priorities and execution. You will lead software, data, AI, and operations teams while managing employees and contractors in a governance-driven, global delivery model.

You will drive workforce planning, engagement, and continuous improvement, partnering with global stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years leading large technology organizations with 75+ staff and up to 300.
• Experience managing managers, employees and contractors; global delivery experience preferred.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, DevOps, service management and vendor governance background.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise strategy into site priorities and execution plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across software, data, AI, service management and delivery.
• Manage employees and contractors; oversee staffing vendors and governance.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, succession planning and retention.
• Run monthly operational reviews; track KPIs, budgets and headcount.
