About the role We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join the dynamic team at VALEROS VELASCO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer care and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and promptly
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company system
• Assist customers with account-related queries and transaction issues
• Follow company protocols and quality standards during all customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Process customer requests and handle administrative tasks as required
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and provide feedback to management
• Meet performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction ratings and first-call resolution
