• Investigate and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain service-level agreements and response time targets.
• Ensure accurate documentation and case management.
• Perform data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
• Process transactions and administrative requests accurately.
• Support internal teams with documentation and operational tasks.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Voice / Customer Support Roles
