Responsibilities

• Handling inbound customer calls and enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Listening to customer needs and concerns, and providing efficient and effective solutions
• Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions
• Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
• Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
