Qualifications

Richbuild Industrial Sales Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Non Voice to join our dynamic customer service team. This is a full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, offering an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional support to our valued customers through non-voice channels. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and our clients, handling inquiries and issues via email, chat, and other written communication platforms. This position is crucial to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and other non-voice communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Provide accurate information about products and services to address customer questions and concerns

• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company system with complete accuracy

• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently whilst maintaining a positive and empathetic approach

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or senior staff members when necessary

• Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all written communications

• Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings

• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices

• Continuously update knowledge about company products, services, and industry developments
