Job summary

Caldwell Communications in Metro Manila is seeking a healthcare customer service agent to assist members with benefits, claims, and account information via phone, chat, or email, ensuring accurate information and high quality service.

The ideal candidate is a college graduate with strong English communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and basic MS Office knowledge; weekend, holiday, and shifting schedules are required. Onsite, full-time role with performance-based rewards.

Qualifications

• College graduate with or without work experience.
• At least 2 years in college with 6 months customer service experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
