Nexus Recruitment Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a US Healthcare Account in the Philippines. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain benefits, and assist patients and providers with claim questions. Your role includes documenting interactions and ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Experience in US healthcare support and familiarity with CMS-1500 and UB-04 forms are preferred. This position offers benefits and a focus on customer service excellence.

Qualificações

• High School Graduate or 1st-Year College Undergraduate.
• Minimum 1 year of voice experience in a US Healthcare Support account.
• Knowledge in explaining healthcare benefits and handling insurance claims.
• Familiarity with CMS-1500 and UB-04 medical claim forms.
• Willing to work in a pure voice account environment.
