Recruitify_HR is hiring Financial Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with account inquiries, billing, and transactions while providing accurate, professional support.

Responsibilities include responding to financial inquiries via phone, chat, or email; assisting with payments and account updates; documenting interactions; and escalating complex issues when needed. Training is provided and shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays; onsite work in Metro Manila is required.
