Requirements:

• HS/SHS Graduate (Old/New)
• ALS Passers w/ certificate
• 2 years Vocational - Bachelor's Degree
• 2 years BPO Experience
• 1 year Chat (accumulative)
• Combined Chat and Sales Experience w/ more than 1-year BPO experience can be accommodated

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound customer service calls;
• Processing inbound sales calls;
• Taking inbound or placing outbound collections calls;
• Answering technical support inquiries via incoming calls, chat or email;
• Demonstrating excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving customer issues; and
