Job summary

Caldwell Communications is seeking dedicated customer service associates to support clients from our Pasay office. The role emphasizes professional phone interactions, clear verbal and written communication, and a focus on resolving inquiries during the first contact.

Candidates with or without BPO experience are welcome. High school graduates or ALS graduates are encouraged to apply. The position supports a day, mid, or night shift with opportunities for growth within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing with customers.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and professionalism in calls.
