We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Representative to join our team at H.M.O. International Recruitment Inc. What you'll be doing

• Answering incoming customer calls and responding to email or chat inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Meeting performance targets, including call handling times, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction scores
• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
• Participating in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and product knowledge

What we're looking for

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with clear pronunciation and the ability to articulate information effectively
• Customer service experience in a call centre environment or similar customer-facing role
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise with customer needs and concerns
• Problem-solving ability with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls or inquiries whilst maintaining quality standards
• Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and relevant call centre technologies
• Patience and resilience, particularly when dealing with challenging or upset customers
• Ability to work effectively within a team whilst also being self-motivated
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Availability to work full-time hours, including potential shift work or flexible scheduling as required
• Preferred: Previous experience in the telecommunications, insurance, healthcare, or hospitality sectors
