Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents (Customer Service Representatives) to join our growing team! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this opportunity is for you.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalated when necessary
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications:
