Satellite Office in the Philippines is seeking an Inbound Sales Consultant to handle customer inquiries and orders by phone and live chat. You will deliver accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer journey throughout the interaction.

Reporting to the Support Centre Manager, you will document interactions in FileMaker, collaborate with other departments, and continuously improve product and industry knowledge to support sales goals.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in customer service/customer journeys is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and data entry.

The Inbound Sales Consultant is responsible for managing incoming calls from existing and new customers regarding their sales inquiries and orders. This role involves providing exceptional service by addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to navigate systems to assist customers effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls from customers related to their sales inquiries and existing orders.
• Online Chat with potential customers through our live chat platform
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in File Maker.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and issue resolution.
• Continuous improvement of Product and Industry knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software (training provided).
