Job summary

Moder Solutions Inc. is seeking a dedicated CSR for US mortgage accounts in the Philippines. You will deliver top-notch customer experiences, assist clients with financial and homeownership goals, and collaborate with global teams across time zones.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of BPO experience (or 5 years of CSR for US accounts), excellent English skills, and willingness to work a night/graveyard shift. Insurance or mortgage background is preferred but not required.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree holder is required
• (2) Two years of BPO experience handling any of the following: Property Insurance, Home Insurance, Collections and Payment Processing, or (5) Five years of solid BPO Customer Service for US Accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work on a graveyard/night shift
• Candidates without Insurance or Mortgage experience are welcome to apply, provided they have at least 5 years of Customer Service Representative (CSR) experience
• Experience in billing or financial accounts (nice-to-have)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (nice-to-have)
