Ideal candidates have shipboard experience, familiarity with hospitality inventory, and strong coordination with procurement and hotel operations to maintain smooth onboard operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or logistics, preferably in hospitality/cruise.
• Experience with inventory systems and digital tracking tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organized storage practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural onboard environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control for hotel supplies (food & beverages, housekeeping, guest amenities) with accurate stock levels.
• Oversee receiving process and verify quantities against purchase orders.
• Ensure proper storage using FIFO and strict hygiene/Sanitation standards incl. HACCP.
• Coordinate distribution of goods to onboard departments and document requisitions.
• Participate in regular stock counts and monthly audits, investigate variances.
• Monitor usage trends and support forecast planning to optimize ordering.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and maritime regulations.
• Collaborate with hotel ops, galley, and purchasing to meet needs cost-effectively.
