Job summary

Private Advertiser in Palawan/Coron is seeking an Inventory Clerk responsible for receiving, recording, and storing supplies, and maintaining a clean storeroom. You will issue items with proper approvals and keep accurate records.

The role requires at least a 2-year course in Hospitality/Logistics or related field, with 1+ year in storeroom or warehouse operations; familiarity with MS Office and inventory software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Storeroom/warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Basic accounting or data entry skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries against approved documents.
• Record, label, and store all supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized storeroom.
• Issue supplies only with approved requisition.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile records.
• Apply FIFO and FEFO to minimize spoilage.
• Monitor damaged/expired/missing stocks and report.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Finance on deliveries and inventory.
• Assist during audits and stock counts.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Procurement Manager
