Job summary

KamelMedia is seeking a Travel Sales Consultant based in the Philippines. The role focuses on individual reservations, personalized travel recommendations, and maintaining client relationships. The schedule is 10:00PM - 7:00AM, Monday to Friday, with full-time employment at Philexcel Business Center, Clark Pampanga.

The ideal candidate has travel industry experience, GDS Sabre proficiency, and strong communication skills to deliver excellent service and drive repeat bookings.

Qualifications

• Previous travel industry experience required, preferably with individual reservations.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience using GDS is required; Sabre experience preferred.
• Passion for international travel and knowledge of travel planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• High attention to detail in processing reservations and travel documents.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients' travel needs and provide personalized recommendations based on preferences and budget.
• Present suitable travel packages, itineraries, and solutions for unique requirements.
• Assist clients with individual travel reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
• Process payments, prepare travel documents, and ensure reservation details are accurate.
• Manage travel inventory and coordinate availability for client bookings.
• Advocate for clients by addressing travel concerns and resolving issues.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional sales through repeat bookings and referrals.
