Qualifications

• Graduate of at least High School or Senior High School.
• With or without call center experience are encouraged to apply.
• Amenable to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with pre-cruise registration, documentation, and onboard itinerary questions.
• Modify existing reservations, including guest name changes, date shifts, and cabin upgrades.
• Resolve guest service issues before and after travel to ensure customer satisfaction.
