Qualifications
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Amenable to work onsite.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cruise reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
- Provide information about cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard services.
- Handle customer concerns, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Promote relevant cruise packages, upgrades, and add-on services when applicable.
