Job summary

Kaizen Gaming is seeking a CRM Manager to plan and drive the CRM strategy for Sportsbook and Casino, coordinating multi-channel campaigns to boost active players, retention, and reactivation. You will work with the Athens HQ team and local segments to tailor journeys, manage the bonus budget, and report on campaign performance.

The role requires strong data-driven capabilities, 4+ years in CRM or marketing, and an AI-minded, English-proficient professional to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work

Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of CRM, lifecycle management or marketing experience.
• Experience building and executing data-driven campaigns based on customer needs.
• Strong ability to extract customer insights from data.
• Excellent organization, planning and attention to detail.
• Proven track record in multi-channel campaigns.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM); Optimove is a plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Excellent command of English.
• Demonstrated AI-first mindset and willingness to adopt AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate the CRM strategy for Sportsbook and Casino across channels.
• Own the CRM plan and local campaigns.
• Develop local, personalized campaigns using onsite messaging, email, messaging, and social media.
• Liaise with Athens HQ CRM Planning and Operations for smooth execution.
• Collaborate with CRM segments in Athens HQ to fine-tune automated journeys.
• Ensure campaigns are delivered per plan and stakeholders are informed of volumes and outcomes.
• Probe and manage bonus budget with robust planning and analysis.
• Analyze historical revenue and forecast future program performance.
• Lead the development of creatives from brief to delivery with customer insight focus.
• Lead ongoing segmentation to identify insights and target segments.
• Identify customer touchpoints and ensure proper actions and communications are implemented.
• Keep up with advertising standards and local consumer protection laws.
• Report regularly to senior stakeholders on campaign success.
