Job summary

Kaizen Gaming in the Philippines is seeking a CRM Manager to plan and coordinate the CRM strategy for the Sportsbook and Casino products across channels, driving engagement, retention and cross-sell efforts. You will own the local CRM plan, develop personalized campaigns, and work with the Athens HQ on lifecycle journeys.

Responsibilities include segmentation, creative development, and ensuring smooth execution with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Min. 4 years of CRM, lifecycle management or marketing.
Proven track record of developing and implementing a campaign strategy based on customer needs.
Well-versed in extracting customer insight from data.
Excellent organization, planning and attention to detail.
Experience in implementing and managing multi-channel campaigns.
Experience with CRM tools (Adobe Campaign or Salesforce CRM). Optimove is a plus.
Exceptional stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
Excellent command of English.
