Job summary

10Ten Gaming is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to own the customer lifecycle strategy for a fast-growing US-based sweepstakes casino. You will drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value across multichannel campaigns while ensuring compliance with US sweepstakes regulations and responsible play.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, BI, and Compliance, leveraging Optimove to build segments, automate lifecycle journeys, and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing experience in high-engagement digital products
• Strong knowledge of the US player market and lifecycle expectations
• Native or near-native English proficiency with compliant messaging
• Proven track record of end-to-end journey design and optimization
• Hands-on Optimove experience and ability to build segments and lifecycle journeys
• Experience with HTML and automated CRM platforms is a strong advantage
• Experience designing loyalty and VIP programs is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy across onboarding, engagement, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention
• Design and optimize player journeys based on behavior, value, and engagement patterns
• Segment players using transactional and behavioral data
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging
• Manage promotional campaigns, including bonuses, free entries, tournaments, and retention mechanics
• Ensure campaigns are timely, relevant, and personalized
• Track and analyze CRM KPIs such as retention, conversion, ARPU/LTV, and churn
• Conduct A/B testing on messaging, timing, offers, and journeys
• Translate insights into actionable improvements and clear performance reporting
• Ensure compliance with US sweepstakes regulations and responsible play
• Maintain opt-in, opt-out, and communication preference best practices
• Collaborate with Product and UX to improve in-app experiences and messaging triggers
• Collaborate with BI on dashboards, segmentation logic, and campaign attribution
• Coordinate with Marketing and Creative teams on campaigns, creatives, and promotional calendars
• Drive CRM strategy through Optimove, maintaining workflows, automation, and calendar; support data hygiene and CRM best practices
