Job summary

Jugabet is seeking a CRM/Retention/Gamification Manager to develop and optimize loyalty programs and gamification features for players. You will drive engagement, segment audiences, and manage bonus campaigns across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced online gambling environment.

You will collaborate with Product, CRM, Marketing, Design, Content, Sponsorship, and Brand teams, using analytics to improve retention and lifetime value. Strong English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of CRM/Retention/Gamification management in online gambling.
• Hands-on with CRM platforms (Smartico or similar).
• Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty in B2C.
• Experience with user segmentation and basic HTML knowledge.
• Experience with analytics tools and bonus mechanics (free spins, cashback, deposit bonuses).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher (Spanish is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user loyalty programs.
• Generate ideas and launch gamification mechanics, including lootbox maps, minigames, and scratch cards with online and offline rewards.
• Manage CRM bonus campaigns and user communications.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and continuously improve results.
• Analyze user behavior and key product metrics to identify insights and opportunities.
• Segment audiences and build engagement flows across the user journey.
• Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Marketing, Design, Content, Sponsorship, and Brand teams.
