Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a CRM Marketing Specialist to support customer engagement and lifecycle campaigns for an international company in a hybrid role based in Makati.

You will coordinate campaigns from planning to launch, manage timelines and assets, set up Email, SMS, and Push campaigns, and work with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to optimize retention and performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in CRM Marketing, Campaign Operations, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience handling Email, SMS, Push, or other customer engagement campaigns.
• Experience with customer segmentation and targeted campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms.
• Experience in campaign setup, testing, QA, and deployment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
