Job summary

MicroSourcing, located in Eastwood, Quezon City, is seeking a Customer Support Representative for an onsite day-shift role. You will guide potential providers through onboarding, communicating across phone, email, and SMS with empathy and clarity, and ensuring a seamless start.

You will collaborate with a team to resolve provider inquiries, manage queues, and document interactions in Salesforce, contributing to service quality and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Clear and confident communication across phone, email, and SMS, with adaptable tone.

• Strong multitasking and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce to maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for potential providers via phone, email, and SMS.
• Guide new providers through onboarding with tools and information.
• Anticipate needs and help providers take next steps clearly and easily.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve complex provider situations.
• Manage shared queues (calls, emails, tasks) and support SLA goals.
• Deliver service aligned with company values of quality and inclusion.
• Accurately capture interaction details in Salesforce CRM.
• Participate in additional projects supporting the team.
