University of St. La Salle is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing & CRM Operations Support professional to help maintain CRM data, prepare simple reports, and document backend processes. This remote role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and clear written communication with a US-based client.

You will update CRM records, assist with data cleanup, and support workflows across tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, and WordPress. Strong documentation skills are valued.

• Interested in backend admin, CRM, reporting, data cleanup, or operations support.
• Experienced working remotely with a US-based client, company, or team is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and clean CRM records.
• Check that lead, appointment, customer, and sales information is accurate.
• Review data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
• Help prepare simple reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Support backend workflows between different business tools.
• Help organize lead source, appointment, and sales tracking information.
• Document processes and create simple SOPs.
• Communicate updates, blockers, and completed tasks clearly.
• Coordinate with team members or platform support when needed.
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve documentation, reporting, and written communication.
