Uc Bcf is hiring a Marketing & CRM Operations Support Virtual Professional to help maintain CRM data integrity, generate simple reports, and document processes. You will support backend workflows and ensure information is accurate and well-organized for a US-based client.

The role emphasizes back-end operations, data cleanup, and documentation, with a focus on reliability and process clarity. Remote work setup and strong written communication are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable learning new software and online tools.
• Ability to document processes clearly and concisely.
• Experience with CRM data cleanup, reporting, or back-end admin is a plus.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Update and clean CRM records to ensure accuracy.
• Check lead, appointment, customer, and sales information for completeness.
• Identify and fix missing, duplicate, or incorrect data.
• Help prepare simple reports, dashboards, and summaries.
• Support backend workflows between different business tools.
