Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Marketing & CRM Assistant to manage our B2B contact database and support email marketing and website operations. You will enrich data, audit automation flows, and help keep website content accurate and SEO-friendly.

You’ll use Excel/Sheets, Omnisend/Klaviyo/Mailchimp, and WordPress to enhance campaigns, maintain CRM hygiene, and deliver precise results with minimal supervision. This role offers diverse, hands-on tasks across marketing operations.

Qualifications

• Proven record with data research and CRM enrichment.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, large lists experience.
• Hands-on use of email platforms such as Omnisend, Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, product/content updates and basic on-page SEO.
• Comfort using AI tools to aid research while verifying results.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with little supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Research and enrich B2B partner database with missing fields (URL, email, phone, location, product range).
• Maintain and clean the CRM spreadsheet for accuracy.
• Use AI tools to speed research while ensuring entry accuracy.
• Audit email automation sequences end to end, verify links and content.
• Test email templates for mobile and desktop display; fix formatting issues.
• Support improvements to email flows, segmentation, and subscriber journeys.
• Implement on-page SEO improvements on the website (metadata, images).
• Upload and format new product content with correct image sizing and presentation.
• Add and run customer reviews on product pages to boost credibility and SEO.
• Create clean PDF presentations for product launches.
