Job summary

Freedom and Balance Virtual Professionals in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing & CRM Operations Support Virtual Professional to help maintain clean CRM data, generate simple reports, and document processes. This backend role focuses on systems, data accuracy, workflows, and cross-tool coordination in a fully remote setup.

You will work behind the scenes, learn new tools, spot details others miss, and communicate updates clearly.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to learn new software quickly
• Strong documentation and SOP creation
• Clear written English communication
• Remote support experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Update and clean CRM records
• Check data accuracy for leads, appointments, customers, and sales
• Review data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information
• Prepare simple reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Support backend workflows between different business tools
• Organize lead source, appointment, and sales tracking information
• Document processes and create SOPs
• Communicate updates, blockers, and completed tasks clearly
• Coordinate with team members or platform support
• Use AI tools to improve documentation, reporting, and communication
