Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking a Marketing & CRM Operations Support Virtual Professional to handle CRM updates, data cleanup, reporting, and process documentation for a growing service business. This backend role focuses on systems, accuracy, workflows, and follow-through rather than outbound sales or creative marketing.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools, with strong written English.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized, with strong written English.
• Ability to learn new software and online platforms quickly.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Update and clean CRM records
• Check lead, appointment, customer, and sales information accuracy
• Review data for missing, duplicate, or incorrect information
• Help prepare simple reports, dashboards, and summaries
• Support backend workflows between different business tools
• Help organize lead source, appointment, and sales tracking information
• Document processes and create simple SOPs
• Communicate updates, blockers, and completed tasks clearly
• Coordinate with team members or platform support when needed
• Use AI tools responsibly to improve documentation, reporting, and written communication
