Job summary

Love, Bonito is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Manager to own customer communications, rewards, and data-driven campaigns. You will lead a small team and turn insights into actions that boost engagement, retention and lifetime value.

You will manage CRM platforms and loyalty initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance and ROI. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (we use Braze).
• Experience in driving mobile engagement.
• Experience managing a loyalty or membership programme.
• Experience leading and developing a team.
• Analytical and proficient in SQL.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM communications and loyalty strategies across campaigns.
• Lead mobile engagement initiatives and optimise campaigns for acquisition, retention, and LTV.
• Design, manage, and evolve the loyalty programme end-to-end including enrollment, tiers, and rewards.
• Analyse customer data to inform CRM, loyalty, and broader marketing decisions.
• Report CRM and loyalty performance against KPIs and manage the budget.
