• Implement and enforce best practices in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and developing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, delivery speed, and cross‑team collaboration.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, risk logs, sprint reports, and post‑mortem/retrospective insights.
• Work closely with the Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure that all projects comply with US sweepstakes rules, platform requirements, and industry standards.
• Support integration with third‑party vendors, payment processors, fraud‑prevention tools, and sweepstakes‑specific systems.
