10Ten Gaming is seeking a senior Social Media Manager to own and scale our social presence for our US sweepstakes casino brand. This fully remote role oversees strategy, content creation, execution, and performance, driving player acquisition, engagement, and retention.

You will shape our brand voice, launch inventive campaigns, and engage daily with players, partnering with Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support to ensure consistent messaging and timely content delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on social media management experience in real-money online gaming, sweepstakes casinos, social casinos, or high-engagement digital products.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Strong understanding of the US player market, including behavior, promotions, and lifecycle expectations.
• Proven ability to build, grow, and engage online communities.
• Strong content creation skills across copy, concepts, and campaigns.
• Deep understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Reddit).
• Data-driven mindset with KPI tracking and performance optimization.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to articulate strategy and insights.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media strategy from ideation to execution and optimization.
• Develop platform-specific strategies focused on growth, engagement, and brand loyalty.
• Create fresh, on-brand content across social platforms (organic) and plan campaigns.
• Engage with followers and represent the brand professionally across channels.
• Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Product teams on launches and promotions.
• Define and track KPIs and regularly report insights to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of trends and propose new formats and platforms.
