Job summary

BettingJobs is seeking a CRM Manager for a remote-first crypto casino startup. You will take full ownership of the CRM function, shaping lifecycle marketing from onboarding to retention and VIP engagement, and drive player value with smarter campaigns.

You will inherit an existing setup, audit and rebuild where needed, build targeted segmentation, and work with marketing, product and BI to align CRM with commercial goals while monitoring live campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven CRM experience within online gaming or betting.
• Experience with Smartico CRM platform.
• Strong segmentation and lifecycle marketing skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM strategy end-to-end across the player lifecycle — acquisition-to-first-deposit, onboarding, retention, reactivation and VIP.
• Audit and rebuild the existing CRM set-up, campaign architecture and automation flows.
• Build and refine player segmentation with targeted, behaviour-led campaigns.
• Plan, build and deploy multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, on-site) and bonus/promotions mechanics.
• Analyze campaign performance and player behaviour to optimise value, frequency and offers.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and BI to align CRM with commercial objectives.
• Monitor live campaign performance and react quickly when performance dips.

BettingJobs is working with a privately owned, remote-first crypto casino startup focused on growth to appoint a CRM Manager.

This is an opportunity to take full ownership of the CRM function within a business that is scaling quickly, moves at pace, and gives its people genuine autonomy to shape how things are done.

The successful candidate will inherit an existing setup and be trusted to reassess it end-to‑end‑ - keeping what works, rebuilding what doesn't, and driving player value through smarter, sharper lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the CRM strategy end-to-end across the player lifecycle — acquisition-to-first-deposit, onboarding, retention, reactivation and VIP
• Audit and rebuild the existing CRM set-up, campaign architecture and automation flows
• Build and continually refine player segmentation — moving away from one-size-fits-all messaging toward genuinely targeted, behaviour-led campaigns.
• Plan, build and deploy multichannel campaigns (email, SMS, push, on-site) and bonusing/promotional mechanics.
• Analyse campaign performance and player behaviour, and use those insights to optimise value, frequency and offer.
• Work closely with marketing, product and BI to align CRM with wider commercial objectives.
• Monitor live campaign performance and react quickly when something isn't performing.

Requirements

• Proven CRM experience within online gaming or betting
• Necessary experience with Smartico
• Strong understanding of player segmentation and lifecycle marketing
• Experience within a smaller, fast-moving or scaling operator rather than a large corporate environment
• Analytical and commercially minded, comfortable owning KPIs and reporting on impact
• Self-starting, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity - happy to build from scratch
• Exposure to crypto-facing products is advantageous but not essential.
