Job summary

Growe is seeking a CRM professional to lead VIP lifecycle strategies for Casino and Sports products. You will own the monthly VIP CRM calendar, optimize budget allocations, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable ROI.

You will analyze data to drive retention, ARPU growth, and LTV, while coordinating with VIP Account Managers for a seamless player experience. Responsibilities include daily VIP campaign planning, ROI tracking, and testing across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels to maximize

Qualifications

At least 1 year of CRM experience within iGaming or related industry.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategy.
Experience managing campaign ROI and bonus cost optimization.
Proficiency with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and performance tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Prepare and own a strategic monthly VIP CRM calendar tailored for Casino and Sports customers.
Control VIP CRM revenue targets and bonus budget allocation.
Monitor bonus cost vs incremental revenue to ensure positive ROI.
Develop and optimize VIP lifecycle journeys (Onboarding, Growth, Loyalty, Churn Prevention).
Plan and optimize campaigns for VIP upselling, retention, and reactivation daily.
Collaborate with VIP Account Managers to align automated CRM flows with high-touch outreach.
Manage communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging channels.
Track and report on Retention, Reactivation, Churn, ARPU, LTV, and monthly revenue.
Design A/B and multivariate tests with clear hypotheses and metrics.
