The role emphasizes collaboration across customer service and technology teams, triage of customer incidents, and building SME-level knowledge through CRM, call flow, or self-service claims portal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/IT.
• Strong SQL skills and Oracle database familiarity.
• Experience with CRM, call flow, or self-service claims portal.
• Ability to triage and determine corrective steps to meet SLAs.
• Excellent communication with internal partners.
• CI/CD experience with Jenkins, Docker, EKS.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket.

Responsibilities

• Perform issue resolution for multiple product lines within SLAs.
• Understand client programs and customer processes to triage incidents.
• Create SQL queries and execute production fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams to build subject knowledge.
• Lead root cause analysis and define corrective actions.
• Communicate feasibility of deliverables and timelines to stakeholders.
